Refund
All payments for Sparrow Campus services are non-refundable. This means that once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Partial Months of Service: Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service, even if the service is terminated early.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Refunds: There will be no refunds or credits for changes to service plans, such as upgrades or downgrades.
- Unused Months with an Open Account: If an account remains active but is not used, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused months.
- Technical Difficulties: While we strive to provide a reliable service, temporary technical difficulties will not be grounds for a refund.
Cancellation
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the subscription period.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If canceled before the end of the current billing cycle, no refund will be issued for that month.
Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, war, or other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, we may terminate your service without refund.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. These circumstances may include:
- Material Breach of Contract: If Sparrow Campus materially breaches its obligations under the terms of service, you may be entitled to a refund.
- Service Interruption: If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to reasons within our control, we may consider issuing a partial refund.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this refund policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our terms of service.
