Our prodigy “Sparrow Campus” is an efficient, powerful, and affordable Institute management system, available on the web, android and iOS platforms for Admins, Teachers, Students, & Parents.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter and tenacious interns to join our Business Development team in growing and expanding the market reach of Sparrow Campus. This internship opportunity offers real-time learning and experiences in conducting market research as well as finding strategies on how to gain market share in the region.
Program Duration: 3 months (5 days a week). However, we are open to extending the internship or potentially converting performing interns into full-time employees.

Your key Responsibilities as Intern:
This Internship role involves Work from office and your prime task will be to establish contact with key people of your target customers (i.e., Schools, Colleges, and Universities) via Telephone, emails, and social connects.
- Market Survey: Conduct Tele-calling campaigns to Schools, Colleges, and Universities to identify potential Institutes and understand their needs.
- Prospect Identification: Utilize various channels to source and qualify leads. Employ effective lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline.
- Lead Management: Learn using CRM software. Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Practical Selling Skills: Learn and apply proven sales methodologies to close deals effectively.
Qualifying Criteria:
- You must be an MBA or continuing.
- You must be fluent and excellent in speaking English & Hindi.
- You must have a Mobile phone.
