Executive – Inside Sales (Female)
We are looking for Dynamic profiles who are excellent in Tele-communicating & have a strong interpersonal skills with experience in IT / Software (remote Sales or tele-calling), preferably EdTech to join us as Executive – Inside Sales to promote Campus Management ERP solutions to Educational Institutions, Schools, and Colleges. We’re looking for go-getters to nurture and implement growth strategies in existing and new markets to capitalize on industry trends and opportunities. Job Description
- Remotely promote ERP solution to Educational Institutions, Schools, and Colleges through Calls, text, email and social messaging apps.
- Cold calling, Lead generation, Lead Capture, Lead qualification & distribution.
- Construct Tele sales pitches & On-line presentations.
- Maintain Sales funnel Track through sales calls process and follow-ups until deal closure.
- Work closely with Field Executives to close deals.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and/or annual sales goals as assigned.
- Grow business through the development of new leads, contacts, and clients.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and Lead generation.
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Execute, Maintain and update sales tasks & activities in the official CRM software/application.
- Manage Sales pipelines, Deal funneling, prospecting, and closing opportunities into top accounts.
- Conduct calls with customers and prospects, provide effective presentations, written proposals to prospective customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products technology as well as industry trends
Qualifications, Experience & Skillset
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ Inside Sales/tele-calling experience
- Exposure in IT Sales, Software sales or EdTech preferred.
- Well-verse with CRM tools, Digital/social media, web conferencing, etc.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly in human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Excellent written + verbal communication, Tele-calling skills & convincing approach.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Must own a Laptop & Smartphone.
