Our prodigy “Sparrow Campus” is an efficient, powerful, and affordable Institute management system, available on the web, android and iOS platforms for Admins, Teachers, Students, & Parents.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter and tenacious interns to join our Business Development team in growing and expanding the market reach of Sparrow Campus. This internship opportunity offers real-time learning and experiences in conducting market research as well as finding strategies on how to gain market share in the region.

Program Duration: 3 months (5 days a week). However, we are open to extending the internship or potentially converting performing interns into full-time employees.

Your key Responsibilities as Intern:

This Internship role involves Field Survey and your prime task will be to Visit Schools, Colleges, Universities and meet with key people or administrators of the Institutes to identify potential users of our innovative campus management software.

  • Market Survey: Conducting in-depth Field surveys on Schools, Colleges, and Universities in the region; Collecting data/information through visits, meetings, and interviews with key persons of the institutes to identify potential Institutes and understand their level of digitization or automation in campus management.
  • Prospect Identification: Identifying institutions that could benefit from our campus management software and analyzing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Nurturing: Educating and nurturing Institute’s administrators, key people and stakeholders about the utility and benefits of a Campus Management System.
  • Insights: Analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights.

Qualifying Criteria:

  • You must be an MBA or continuing.
  • You must be fluent and excellent in speaking English & Hindi.
  • You must have a Mobile phone.
  • You must have a Motor vehicle to commute.
