Cluster Manager – Sales & B2B

We are looking for a qualified team leader to build & manage our sales force including channel partners and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members and channel partners in achieving sales quota. As a team leader, we expect your Leadership & communication skills to be outstanding. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should be leading by example and engage the team in achieve goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Lead will be in-charge of a given geographical region and will be responsible for revenue generation through Sales of our Software product(s) & Services.
  • Building and managing the network of direct sales team and Channel partners.
  • Educating, Training, counselling & motivating the team & partners on Product knowledge, presentation, key selling tips & tricks.
  • Generate revenue through team sales, channel sales, B2B Sales, Direct Sales, and Digital Sales.
  • Field sales, Acquiring new clients, Strategizing, Tracking & Meeting sales goals.
  • Monitoring & managing sales expenses, Coordinating timely billing & Collections.
  • Coordinating with inside sales & digital marketing team on reach & lead generation.

Qualification, Experience & Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 4-6 years of career in Sales, exposure in IT/Software sales preferred.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Go-getter, Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Enthusiast, out of the box thinking
